Birth Doula Support
As your birth doulas, Jessee and Caroline will provide continuous, compassionate support throughout your pregnancy and birth experience. We’re here to offer evidence-based information, hands-on comfort techniques, and calm, grounded presence during labor.
We’ll walk beside you and your birth team every step of the way to ensure that you feel confident, supported, and heard as you navigate the transition into parenthood.
The Birth Support Package
2 Prenatal Visits
As your due date approaches, we'll meet twice in your home to discuss preparation for birth and create a birth plan together.
Labor & Birth Support
We'll arrive at your home or place of birth whenever you need us and provide hands-on support through your entire birth.
2 Postpartum Visits
Jessee and Caroline will visit you in your home to debrief your birth, touch base on your recovery, and help you navigate newborn feeding, sleep, and more.
