As your doulas, we can help you prepare mentally and physically for your TOLAC (trial of labor after cesarean) and educate you on your options in labor so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Jessee and Caroline have completed specific training on VBAC support and are very knowledgable about topics such as uterine rupture, induction methods for VBAC candidates, and techniques for preparing your body to VBAC.
